Joshua M. Goldstein

Joshua M. Goldstein’s practice focuses on the defense of school districts and municipalities in New York’s state and federal courts.  After graduating from law school, Joshua clerked for the Honorable Mark Cimino, J.T.C. of the Tax Court of New Jersey.  In that role, Joshua performed extensive legal research and writing in order to advise the judge with respect to legal issues pending before the court with respect to taxation cases as well as matters involving residential foreclosures and family law.


Joshua is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law as well as from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs where he earned a Masters in Public Administration. During his time in law school, he served as an intern for the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York’s Civil Division, the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, and the Office of the Connecticut Attorney General.  Josh also served on the executive board of Syracuse Law’s Moot Court Honor Society and was a member of Impunity Watch Law Journal.
